Our story

From barista to owner.

Owner Andrew Bell started as a college student studying at the original Babylon Bean, then worked his way from barista to manager to running his own shop. Sayville Bean opened on Main Street in 2022, and the coffee house just got a fresh new look: a glowing sign out front, patio tables under the umbrellas, and a hand-painted octopus mural inside.

The goal hasn't changed: be the place where the staff knows your name, your order, and your kid's.
