Barista today.
Owner tomorrow.
The Bean started with one coffee house in Babylon Village in 2010. Partners Sal Gervasi, Charlie Ferrara and Michael Ferrara grew it one neighborhood at a time, always in small, walkable towns near the water.
Every new Bean goes to someone who came up through the company. Andrew went from studying at the Babylon Bean in college to barista, manager, and owner of Sayville. That's the Bean way: the people running the shops grew up in them.
